Blister lines (press-through packaging)
For tablets, coated tablets, capsules, oblongs, injections, etc.
Foils: PVC, PP, PET or Alu/Alu.
Also small batches, 110 proprietary tool formats, online flexographic printing unit (2-colour) for top foil.

Max. 25,000 blisters / hour
Punch format: up to 190 x 136 mm.
Liquidas bottle-filling line
For round containers ⌀ 20 – 74 mm and a height of 22 – 180 mm, also vials from 0.5 ml, with 'pick & place' gear and hose squeeze-type pumps for press, screw and pilfer-proof closures.
Performance range
up to 3,600 bottles, jars / hour
Solidas container filling line
For glass and plastic bottles ⌀ 20 – 115 mm, 40 – 240 mm in height, with automatic bottle righting, photocell dosing and induction sealing.

up to 1,500 bottles / hour
Bag-forming machine
3- and 4-edge-sealed bags, double bags with perforation, stand-up pouches, bottom-gusseted bags or contoured bags, also with a resealable zipper closure or tear-open notch, for liquid, semi-liquid and solid forms, as well as granulates.
Format ranges:
50 x 50 mm to max. 200 x 210 mm. The machine is equipped with a computerised multi-head weigher.

6,000 - 12,000 bags / hour

Manufacture of blister packs
We are able to blister pack a diversity of products such as capsules, tablets, dragées, ampoules, vials, injections, etc. using thermo- and cold forming processes and print the lidding foil.
